Bug in Loupe Tool

What problem do you see this solving?
The Loupe Tool in Capture One 22 (build v.15.4.3.4) is broken on Mac OS Ventura (v.13.2.1)

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool? Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?

The Loupe Tool does not stay on-screen when selected and mouse-clicked. Rather, it appears briefly as a square with rounded corners and disappears almost immediately. It is unusable.

There are no workarounds, from what I have read, this is a bug.
