Bug in Loupe Tool, C1 Pro v.22 (build 15.4.3.4) on Mac OS Ventura (13.2.1)

The Loupe Tool is unusable in my combination of Mac OS and C1 22.
(C1 Pro 22, Build no. 15.4.3.4, Mac OS Ventura, v.13.2.1)

Once selected, a mouse-click initiates a brief pop-up of a square with rounded corners, which disappears almost immediately. This bug has been identified previously by other users.

When is a fix to be implemented? I have no wish to upgrade to C1 Pro 23 at this time.

    Never. No bug fixes for obsoleted versions of Capture One.
