After running for a session for a while, Mac System always ask to Force Quit Capture one

Hi all, 

I don't know if this happens to anyone but after running capture one session for a while (while tethering for a shoot), Mac System always ask to force quit the application due to heavy memory usage. Depending on the session that day, usually RAM usage is written to be around 40GB/50GB. It is the size of all the files in the capture folder.

I am running Capture One 16.1.2.20 and an M1 macbook pro with only Capture One opened no other apps opened.

Anyone has solutions?

    this happens after I updated to 16.1.2.20. Did not happen on previous versions.

    You will find postings similar to yours in the forum, typically with "memory leak" in the subject line. Check out Wikipedia if that term is unknown to you.
