How to Delete Empty Folders in Recent Captures

There are two empty folders in my Recent Captures section of the Library.  Both these folders are empty.  I can not find a way to clean this up and remove these empty folders. The 'delete' option on the right click is grey, and the folders cannot be dragged to the trash.

If I look at the info. for these folders they are empty.

I am not sure why they appeared and would like to remove them.
