Help I need help quick
Dear team at Capture One,
I am an increasingly frustrated customer of yours.
Becauase for the life of me I cannot get a version of your latest product. I've followed your online instructions to the letter and all i get is an old version.
I have paid my subscription fees and here is the license code attached .
What is happening please.
Looking for an answer and quick response.

Nigel Rich - if you log on to your account on the Capture One website, you should see a screen like this.
Click where it says Download, and then you should get this.
Click the blue Download button.Ian
