How to recover thumbnails/previews in Capture One

After creating many session in Capture One Pro23, a problem arose with thumbnails/previews stop coming in Capture One. After reading all articles in Capture One, its states that the custom monitor profile is corrupt/missing or the previous folder used in Capture One has been removed and the path to access the thumbnails is not valid. There are not tutorials or videos that helps with this problem in Capture One. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and God bless
