Seeking Advice on Canceling Capture One Free Trial Subscription

I hope this post finds you well. I am currently experiencing some difficulties while attempting to cancel my Capture One free trial subscription, and I was wondering if anyone in this community has experienced something similar or could possibly provide some guidance.
I have followed all the steps for cancellation as outlined on the Capture One's support page (https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/8613682947485-How-do-I-cancel-my-Capture-One-subscription-), but, frustratingly, I haven't received the necessary email to manage my account and cancel the subscription.
I've made sure to double-check the email address associated with my account and even scoured my spam/junk folder several times for the required email, but to no avail.
I'm hoping to cancel my subscription in a timely manner to avoid any upcoming charges related to this subscription. While I've enjoyed the quality of the services during the trial period, I find myself needing to cancel for now due to certain circumstances.
Given this, I'm turning to you all. Has anyone encountered this same issue? If so, how were you able to resolve it? Any advice or recommendations would be hugely appreciated.

Hi Anna, you should really contact Support with these matters. The customer service team will most likely get back to you on the same day with issues like this.
