X-H2s can not tethering shooting

When I upgrade the firmware of my X-H2s to v5.00 it just suddenly unable to tethering shooting. My C1can't catch X-H2s. I've tried C1 v22 and v23 both of them neither work. The Camera setting is [USB POWER SUPPLY/COMM SETTING] select [AUTO], [SELECT CONNECTION SETTING] select [3: USB TETHER SHOOTING AUTO] and the memory cards are in camera.
