CP1 Will not accept License Key

I had an issue my Mac Book Pro would keep on restarting Checked with Apple who informed me this is because of CP1. When checking through the community found that others had the same issue. I had CP1 version 16.1 (Fully paid) and the recommendation was to install 16.2
I have installed 16.2 now will not accept license key.
How do I active license key?

So I'm being held to ransom by Capture One Pro I'm not interested in the additional features for 16.2 and I need to pay for the 16.2. It seems the basic simple of professional customer service by Capture One Pro has Gone.
All I am asking is for a simple basic reliable program that's only a two months old. Yet I need to pay for a new upgrade.. So Wrong..
I moved to Capture One from Lightroom.. Now I'm being forced into looking for another alternative to Capture One.. Thank You Capture One...

Found the solution.. Gone back to older version.. Solved.. No more restarts.. Will I upgrade that's another question.. Will I stay with Capture One Pro.. Another Questions.. I doubt it.. All I wanted was a reliable software that's was only two months old then get informed I need to purchase an upgrade that I don't want.. I'm not after the additional features or AI etc.. Just a plain basic good at a professional level software for the initial photo editing. The more detailed part I do in Affinity Photo.. Customer service 0/1000
