How to download Capture One backup from Dropbox

My external hard drive doesn't show on my laptop and it looks like it's not going to work. I have a backup of all my Capture One sessions in Dropbox, but am struggling to download them. Can somebody point me in the direction of how to go about downloading the Sessions to a new external hard drive. Thank you.
