Gradient masks after keystone adjustments

What problem do you see this solving?
When you apply a gradient mask to an image after making keystone adjustments, the gradient mask follows the original dimensions of the image rather than the current dimensions after keystone adjustments, which means that keystone correction is applied to the gradient mask too. Another consequence is that when you use the Shift key to place gradient masks in a horizontal or vertical position, the resulting positions are no longer horizontal or vertical.

Gradient masks would be a lot more useful without such distortion.

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
I see this issue regularly when using gradient masks.
