Capture One Tethered Live View not working with Lenovo Thinkpad, Canon 5D Mark IV

I am having an issue with tethered capture not working when shooting with a Canon 5D Mark IV using a Lenovo Thinkpad. I tested this on 2 different Lenovo Thinkpads - they have different versions of Capture One installed - one has been updated to the 2023 version. When connected to the 5D Mk IV, live view shows up on the camera rather than the laptop (this is true for both Lenovo Thinkpads). The Capture One live view mode says "starting live view" but live view never actually starts and I am not able to take images through the computer.
To troubleshoot, I tried connecting the Canon 5D Mark IV to a Desktop Mac and it is able to shoot tethered so it doesn't seem like an issue with the camera. I also tried connecting a 5D Mark II to each Lenovo Thinkpad and tethered shooting works on both laptops with this camera (so it doesn't seem to be an issue with the laptops either). Any suggestions are appreciated - thank you!

Yes - cable connected tethering. The camera does show up as connected - but I can't see live view or shoot through the computer.
