"Every second" selection

What problem do you see this solving?
It would be great to be able to select evry secon or every third photo, Why? When I make color and b/w version perhaps I will need to pick only one version. 

When was the last time you were affected by this lack of functionality, or specific tool?
Almost everytime

Are you using any workarounds or other solutions to achieve your goals in Capture One?
Yes, I have creates a style called Only B/w and one of the items to paste is a one star rating, so in this way when I have to select, I do it choosing "one star rate"

  Main menu > Select > Select by same > Variant position.

  Which means you would have to have the B/W variant always on the same position, but you would need that too for your feature request.
