Print Sharpening?
Capture One's print sharpening option is a single slider that defaults to 25%. And the manual doesn't provide much help about how that slider should be set. The export recipe settings provide a little more control, but there's still little guideance as to what setting to use.
What is the appropriate print setting, not export recipe, for printing 8x10 to semi-glass paper, for example? Or for other paper types and print sizes?

Only one way to know that: test prints. The correct answer will depend on your printer, paper, and viewing distance.
