Tethering

Hello, every Time I'm Tethering the Pictures look like this : There is no Filter set and when I'm shooting without Tethering The pictures look normal. I used different sd Cards and it doesn't make a difference. Any Ideas what's going on? I have an important shoot and can't work with this. Please Help!
