update to Capture One 23

If I were you I would log on to your account at the Capture One website and see what update options it offers you.

yes. i've done that. red flag "no more free upgrades available for this license code". apparently capture one has changed their policy.

Well, maybe Capture One 11 is seen as too far back now! If it says no more FREE upgrades, what does it offer you if you are willing to pay?

Hi Tom Watson - if you have a Capture One 11 license and want the latest update for that version, then you can download 11.3.2 here: https://www.captureone.com/en/account/download - you will have to log-in and then scroll to the bottom of the page.
If you wish to upgrade your license, then you will have to purchase a Capture One 23 license, which is backwards compatible as long as your machine meets the system requirements.
You can also choose a subscription, whereby you'll always have access to the latest version. But that's entirely up to you :)
