Files Not Syncing When Copy/Apply

Ma Studio M1 Max, 64GB Ram, OS Sonoma 14.0, C1 23 Pro 16.2.4.34

Copy/Apply settings are not being applied when selecting multiple images and trying to apply. Only the first file in the selection does the apply/paste work. Also when selecting multiple files to delete (move to the Session Trash) only the first or active file gets moved not all files in the selection. Each file as to be deleted one at a time. 

Any thoughts?

  Thank you! I didn't have the 'Edit Selected' button enabled.
