Not exporting Images
I recently updated my MacBook to the latest macOS software, Sonoma. I am uncertain whether the issue lies with the Mac system itself or the Capture One 23 software. Upon completing the editing of an image, I attempt to export it as a JPG, but it leaves me with an empty folder. Occasionally, after repeated attempts, the image appears, but most of the time, it does not. This problem is quite perplexing. I have attempted to research a solution, but I have not found any helpful information. I even reached out to Capture One support, but unfortunately, I have not received a response from them. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so, what is the solution?
- Restarted my Mac 3 times
- Deleted and reinstalled the capture one 23 software
- Looked through the folders in Find and it's not there
- I'm shooting on a Sony (SonyRaw Files)
- No pending export files or errors

Look at the other posts. This is a known issue and workarounds have been posted. I’m mobile. Otherwise would post a direct link. Long story short, export to a folder not backed up to iCloud.
