I don't see saved .PSD files

When I open images from Capture to Photoshop and save it as PSD file. I don't see it in my library in Capture. I changed the folder name and even deleted "CaptureOne" folder with the images but NADA! This really slowing down my work flow please help!

  Are you using Edit With? And how comes you're deleting the CaptureOne folder?

  I have folder on my computer with a mix of .jpg and .psd files. Usually I can see both of the files in capture. When I right click and "Open with PS" a .jpg image and then save to .psd. For whatever reason I don't see new .psd files. I can see the actual file in my finder (not saving to a cloud) but I don't see it on capture.

  I deleted the CaptureOne folder in the same folder as the images thinking it would clear out any "Cache" to possibly fix the problem.

  This started happening since the new update.
