Error: Unknown error when trying to read database
My previous version of Capture One kept giving me an unknown error message upon exporting to jpegs. When i would try to save it close, it just got stuck on the "saving" window. So i downloaded 16.3 and now the software tells me
"Error: An unknown error occurred when trying to read the database." And this happens with every session i try to open. Please help!

Right off the bat:
- The exact previous version?
- File size of sample .cosession files and how many images were supposed to be contained in these sessions?
- Does the same error show when creating new sessions or working with them? Do new sessions also fail on exports?
