Online Collection Sharing

I am trying to share a collection with a client, but i am testing it first. The problem that i am having is that the recipe is not being displayed on the gallery. I need to have a watermark across the image, since i dont want my clients to share the images before being edited. I also dont want them to download the images. Some clients dont listen and they still post them before being edited. They cant help themselves. 

Any ideas?
