Help! Issue with wrong color rendering!!
On the latest build, we are having a big issue with a yellowish color cast! Before the capture is totally rendered, we can see the colors bing correct while it is precessing and still blurry. Once the rendering is done, we can see the jump in color!
We cannot use the software until this issue is solved.

Which camera and is this reflected in white balance/color wheel values? Are the same values as in prior versions giving different coloring?

Canon 5DS. Not reflected in white balance. For instance, a steak is rendered yellowish rather than the usual red/grey

We've also tried to open the session in an older version and the wrong color rendering is still there. That was obviously a shot in the dark since the XMP data is present from the original session.
Hopefully you guys find a fix sooner than later. Always a bad feeling to spend money for something that doesn't work properly...

If you expect a fix, did you open a support case? As you can see, we did not experience this ourselves and cannot provide any hints, so making the report official seems to be the only way forward.

LOL! Yes! I do expect a fix! Your software isn't free so I do expect for it to work properly and with the needed support
I will open a support case but can't fine where we can do that...

And where can I submit a support case?
Under the help menu in the SW it takes me to this page https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us and there is no place where I can submit a support request there...

Look at the very top for "Request Support".

You can submit a support case at the top right of any page in the forum - use the request support link. (Depending on the size of your browser window, you may find that collapsed into a hamburger menu next to your profile picture.)

Confusing, it's actually listed as 'Submit a Request'... Request Support would make more sense for sure.

By the way, you said to Marcin Mrzygłocki "your software isn't free". But he (and I) and most other participants in the forum don't work for Capture One, we are just your fellow users.
Are you tethering when you are capturing these images? Is it possible that some adjustment is being applied to the image on capture? Check that Copy From Last isn't selected on the Tether Tab here.

My apologies to you and @Marcin Mrzygłocki . I was under the impression you were associated with Capture One. No adjustments are being applied. Just the new version of the software is just not working well for color rendering. I hope that Capture One can acknowledge and fix the issue promptly.

You'd better submit a support case, then. It may be that it's a problem with the Canon 5DS generally, or it may be that there is some particular issue with your set-up. The Support team should be able to help you get to the bottom of it.
