Problems with Tethering with MacBook Pro M2 and Canon
Setting
Capture One 23
Canon R5
MacBook m2
When I shoot in tethering with this configuration and save the files on both the computer and the camera card, as the session progresses and the number of files on the card increases, every time I turn off the camera, disconnect it or change it the battery, when you connect it to the computer again, the connection does not occur. The camera stays locked with a computer connection icon.
It also happens to me if I have a card with a lot of files and I connect the camera to the laptop for the first time. It's like you scan the card before logging in.
I have not detected this problem when working with a PC.
I would like you to give me an answer to solve this problem and be able to shoot in tethering, also saving the files on the camera card in long sessions.
Thank you so much

Such implementation-specific questions should be asked directly to support, because if anyone here could even confirm your observations, would be in the dark as well. How many files on card are we even talking about?

How do I contact support? I couldn't say exactly the number of files, it usually happens in large sessions, over 200 files

I would not call 200 "large", but that makes the case more concerning. Upper right corner has "Request Support" link ąnd from there you can select "I have a technical question", then follow with the other fields in the form.
