Leica M11-P

Despite the C1 update and the Leica firmware 2.02 update
I am experiencing connection problems between the software and the device. 
Already, impossible to recover the images via USB C. 
No problem with the USB cable on the smartphone via the Leica app.
I understood that the device is not recognized by the Mac in direct connection without software: it does not open as a mass reader.
Thenet on the device works with C1 controlling the device, that's OK.
So, for the moment, I have to remove the memory card every time I want to download my images.

Do you encounter this problem for C1 users?

    What version of Capture One? What OS? What kind of tethering cable? How long is the cable?

    1: C one 16.4.3.15

    2: Macos Sonoma 14.5

    3: USB C      in / out

    4: 45 cm

    Is it possible the USB-C port on the macOS system is going bad? Loose? Try a different port? Try a different cable?

    I don't own a Leica. Is there a menu setting to tell it to tether? Is the tether cable a high grade data cable?
