Picture becomes overlayed with lines after edit
After performing an edit ie cropping, exposure adjustments the image gets overlayed with black lines, sometimes purple. If I zoom in the lines disappear.
Running Capture One Pro 16.3.5.1929

I'd suggest trying turning off hardware acceleration in the general tab of Settings/Preferences. (Turn both options from Auto to Never.) If that cures it, try updating your graphics drivers, and then see if it is OK turned back on.
