Instant crashes when using AI select/eraser tools

Hi,

Lately, when I use the AI select or eraser tool my Capture One program completely crashes. The moment I select the tool on the toolbar it happens. 

It happens with 16.4.6.20 as well as the latest beta release. I'm on an M1 Max laptop.

When I relaunch and the tool is still selected, the program crashes once I open an image. It appears to crash the moment the mask calculation/preview process starts.

I did an update to the latest version and that fixed it temporarily, but the problem has returned since yesterday.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

  I'm experiencing the exact same issue on an M1 Pro. If you bring up the Viewer while the AI brush or AI eraser is selected, Capture One crashes instantly. Same if you first bring up an image in the Viewer and then select one of the AI tools. Using macOS Sequoia 15.0.1 and Capture One 16.5.0.29.
