How to convert raw files to jpeg in Capture One

I need to convert my raw files to jpeg for posting on my website.

Does anybody know how?

  Yes - you make the adjustments you want to make (if any) to exposure, white balance, contrast, etc, etc, an then you export the image in JPG format.
