I try to make my Fujifilm XT3 communicate with Capture One mobile but nothing happens

Hello everyone! I want to make my fujifilm XT3 communicate with the mobile app. Wireless works from the XT5. So I bought an adapter with lightning and USB-C tip to connect my iPhone 13 iOS 18.1.1 and my camera. I set my XT3 to USB Tether Shooting Fixed mode in the settings. I turn on my camera, then connect it to the smartphone with the app open. I wait a few minutes. I think I've read all the instructions correctly, but nothing happens. What do you think I've missed?
