Sessions

I have several sessions that I would like to merge into one session.
What's the best way to do that?

    Open (or create) the session you want the images to move to (let's call it Session1). From within the Library tool in that session, navigate to the locations of the other images (such as Session2>Selects) and just drag and drop to the appropriate location in Session1. BUT do in within Capture One as described, not from Finder or Windows Explorer.
