Version 8.3 win10 ghost image

Hello, I’m still finding my way… if I start the program and import one picture the picture will be properly listed but in the editor/ preview window I always have the windows 10 start screen picture in the background of the picture. I have uninstalled and installed the software two times with no change.
Also if I'm loading multiple picture the are all overlaid.
This started after I tested version 9 and uninstalled the it again.
