Cannot import images — help
Hello,
I think I messed up my Capture one.
So I had the catalog file on my mac hard drive, on a external drive I had a capture one folder where the imported images were sent. Today I bought a new more powerful external drive and copy the folder in to it, now I can't import images, they don't show in the importation window and don't get imported â€" new update below
P.S: I have capture one 10.1.1 and I bought the sony A7RIII so I did a test with my Sony A7R II and I can import the images from that camera but the ones form sony a7r III i can´t.
Can someone help me.

The A7RIII is supported from release 10.2.1 based on the information in the release notes.
That would suggest you need to upgrade to a later release.
