How to decide on color profile

I have been using sRGB for images meant to be displayed on the web, but how do I decide on a color profile for printing? I want to make high quality giclee prints of some photos, but have no idea which color profile should be used, other than that it should be a CMYK profile.

    Do you own the printer for the giclee or do you know the model/type of printer used at the lab? You could use the print profile for the printer/paper combination. In general, it is a RGB type profile, not CMYK.
