    Hi,

The previews should be automatically generated when you import the images into a catalog.
If you are using a session, then add all of the image folders to Favorites, and then select the "All Images" album. COP will then generate previews for all of the new images in the Favorites as long as the All Images album is selected. (Or select any album that contains all the images you want to generate previews for.)

    Cheers,
    Robert

Thank you. This is usefull when number or pictures is smaller or medium. But not what I need.

Sometimes I come back to computer after couple of days of shooting. Main problem are animal or airplanes. 2-3.000 pics per day. from 2 to 10 days. I copy pics to folders named by day with multiple high speed readers. I can not have 15.000 pics in one folder. 😊 Then I would like to leave this over night to generate previews.

Are you referring to creating previews in Capture One? If so, then my suggestions for sessions would probably work well for this. Just add all folders as favorites and make sure the all images album is selected when you’re done so it will generate previews for everything.

I tried this and it does not work. I have multiple folders in favorites, but it does not generate previewes if it is not sellected.

You need to select the "All Images" session album to generate previews for everything.
