If you create a session - let's say it's called Tuesday - Capture One will create a folder called Tuesday, and within that a session file called Tuesday.cosessiondb plus the subfolders for Capture, Selects, Output and Trash. Capture One will also create sub-subfolders with the files it needs for showing previews, recording adjustments and so on.

The simplest thing to do is just to copy the whole Tuesday folder to the NAS and down on to the Mac. That will bring with it the session file, the raw image files, the previews, the adjustments and all.

As Ian says - that is what I would do.

    HOWEVER ...

If you create, say, a user preset, style or some other aspect of personalisation (keyword libararies?) and want to take that from session to session - or more accurately machine to machine - you may need to look into the requirements for that too.

I say IF because it is of course entirely possible that you won't do that ... but if you do it will need to be managed.
