Capture One Favourites and Auto Select New Issue

Hi,

I have always used a mac for Capture one and I have this basic workflow.

Currently on Capture one pro 10 I shoot tethered working with sessions, I create subfolders within the capture folder as I shoot multiple products for organisation. I choose my images in each folder as we go and I set Camera -> Auto Select New Capture -> Never so as the photos keep taking I can take my time choosing.

Part 2 to this is the first time I created a new capture sub folder, it asked me "Would you like to remember the previous Capture Folder as a Favourite?" And I clicked yes. So every new folder I create now are automatically added into the favourites.

I have recently just purchased a new pc running on Windows 10 for cost reasons mainly and have started using Capture One on it. I try to replicate my workflow and everything is fine with the exception of the 2 mentioned above. Firstly for some reason every time I close capture one and open it again, it will always forget my setting in "Auto Select New Capture" I need to constantly change it to When Ready to Never every single time without fail, it cannot remember the setting.

Secondly, the first I created a new folder, the dialog box did not come up asking me if I would like to make every folder a favourite, so I thought no worries, went to preferences and selected it manually there to "always make favourites from session folders" restarted Capture one and tried again, but it just won't do it! I have to manually right click the capture folder each time and click on "add to favourites"

Does anyone else experience this?
