How to upload .cos files.

Hi,

I have NEF files with .cos files from client with Capture's adjustments.
How can I upload the adjustments? Nothing seems to work for me.I've copied .cos files to Settings120...Didn't work...

  Can you, as a test, ask your client to pack one of the files as EIP (right click and select Pack EIP) and transfer a copy of the EIP file to you? Import the EIP to a session (or drag and drop the EIP into a session's capture folder). Note settings to be remembered if you use import: https://help.phaseone.com/en/CO12/Optim ... cs/EIP?p=1
  
  When you see the EIP image in your C1 browser, you may right click and select Unpack EIP.
