Files will be out of numeric order while in capture folder

This is driving me crazy. I created a capture workflow as follows. Each folder is as such 01_SubjectName , 02_SubjectName etc. In Next Capture Naming, I create the user preset as DestinationFolderName_Name_4Digitcounter. The name would change depending on the shot. When each capture came in, it would not go in numerical order in the folder, yet it would not go in alphabetical order. This continues when I process out the folder. Is it a preference I have wrong or Should I just get rid of the Name in the Next Capture Naming so it is all the same name?

Best option here is to create a tech support case (via the link in my profile) and send us your log files, which can be generated via the Scripts > Get Logs option. 0
