Tethering and low shutter speed

Hello, I am trying to capture with my macro lens some old films I have. However, I am not very familiar with the software. I own a Nikon D7000
My 2 problems are the following.
1) Live view cannot go under 1/30 of a second. I am familiar that's the lowest it can get on live view but I want when I press the shutter to take shots below 1/30.
2) I want if possible to do Mirror Lock up with tethering.
