Alternatives to Lightroom Sync
I will be unsubscribing from Adobe soon. One functionality I have not replaced is the ability to sync images from C1 to a cloud service so I can view images online via a browser. This not for publishing purposes, just for me and a few others for evaluation.
Can anyone suggest some alternatives?
Thanks,
Michael

Does your cloud service work in a way that a folder in your file system is being synchronized? Then you could define a process recipe which outputs the file e.g. as a jpg to that folder.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was thinking of something that would be more direct a la Lightroom such but exporting directly to a sync folder is a good solution.

I have Dropbox and Tresorit. To be honest I have not looked into how to Dropbox works with images. I was hoping for something that displayed like a gallery rather than a file structure which is what I think all Dropbox does. I did not even consider iCloud so I'll take a look at that, thanks for mentioning it.

From your description I think you might like Prodibi and its Plug-in capability for C1.
Certainly worth a look especially for a small selected group activity as you describe.

Yes, the Prodibi does work pretty well with CO, thanks for the recommendation.

Dropbox, iCloud and Prodibi all work really well for publishing an image. The issue I have with all of them is that Lightroom automatically syncs your changes and none of the publishing services do that. You have to make sure the right process recipe is selected and then re-publish yourself. Also, when I re-publish from C1, I get a second copy of the file rather than the new file replacing the existing one.

Mylio works very well for me. It's an excellent DAM and I can access all photos on all my mobile devices and desktops. No cloud service is needed for sync as it does it over WiFi. But if you have Amazon Prime/Google Drive then it can sync also over internet/mobile data.
If I do any adjustments in CaptureOne, export image as <imagefilename>_display.jpg and Mylio will render it instead of a RAW/jpg file.
Works extremely fast even with 1m images on HDD.
