can't edit RAW files,CR3

About a week ago everytime I open a RAW file, it opens with a green overlay. there is nothing wrong with my RAW files because I can open them in Affinity, Luminar, PhotoSkype pro. what is wrong with my Capture One ?

    Hard to say without screenshot. Maybe only the focus tool activated.
