Slow shutdown after moving from. CO13.0 to CO13.1.0

On CO13.1.0 shut down takes over 1min 10sec. Sometimes shows "not responding" on activity monitor. CPU reaches107%, threads 33+.

System: MacBook Pro 2017 dual core i7 16GB 3.5Gz. 44500 referenced images on a 2.0TB external drive, 640GB available. 

On CO13.0 shutdown no more than15 sec. Loading software 35sec on both software versions.

Any suggestions?

  Noticed the same, unchecking EIP in Image Preferences speeded that up for me

  Thanks Joseph, but EIP was already unchecked. Glad someone else has noticed it!

  is it possible to download 13.0? need to delete 13.1 to complete a project, 13.1 is DOA
