Making camera profiles - which brand to choose?
Hello,
I couldn't get the search feature to work on this forum, so please excuse me if this question has already been up for discussion.
I would like to know which manufacturer I should choose when it comes to making a custom ICC-profile for my P20 back. At the moment I am using "PhaseOne Portrait Natural ICC profile" and a grey-card to get the WB right. I am happy with the result, but I would like to get the colors perfect in studio.
I have seen the integrated color product, and the Xrite. Hand-on-experience anyone? 😊

Baard,
I've yet to find anyone who has not been able to get exactly the color they're after using the existing tools in Capture One.
Getting desired color with the Color Management tools Accurately and consistently is possible and even more so using the Color Editor of PRO/DB versions.
The Color Editor can be used to create a profile for a specific Session or photo shoot;
or it can be used to make adjustments to any of the existing P20 camera profile for a customized profile of your own.
Review Knowledge Base article # 2016 and give it a try.

Also do a Web Site search for Color Editor to find several articles:
