Activation Error Capture One 4.1 from Window Vista

I recently installed Capture One 4.1 with Window Vista, but cannot activate.
I already set the Capture One 4 as administrator log in, and even set the firewall off,
error message: Creation of Registration Key Failed. Any advise ?
