Could not Process File

I was wondering if anyone has hit Code 19, Error Processing File. I have a specific session that I can't output any files. I've deleted the cache, regenerated previews and deleted the session file and dropped a new one in place, still nothing. It was originally on an external, now it's local. I've tried it on TIFF files and CR2. Any suggestions?

  This is strictly a guess, but occasionally I find that some images do not share the common permissions. They seem to be restricted and require Admin privileges to access. Have you tried starting C1 with Admin Privileges? Alternately have you checked to make sure the images are accessible by everyone?

  Permission problem. Is your files are accessible buy your user?
  Sometimes this thing happens when you set up folder on a drive accessible by two users.
