shows image but no capture, wb, or any other info

C1 has worked for a week since I purchased it (LE), but suddenly only shows the image selected, with Capture, WB, exposure, focus, process - boxes all greyed out apart from the text - I have switched PC off and restarted and its still the same - any ideas?

    The only way I know these to be grayed out is if you are actually browsing a JPEG rather than working with a RAW image file.
    Capture One does allow JPEG browsing, but no manipulation of the files whatsoever.

    If you are working with RAWs, then we'll have to dig deeper.
