white balance local adjustment not working on tiff export

Hello,

I have an issue on Capture One 8 (on windows 8.1) : on tiff export from IIQ (P65+) files, the local adjustùent (layer) fir white balance is not effective. Exposition layer adjustment is Ok but WB not. Is it a bug or did I do something wrong ?
