Round-Tripping to Photoshop and exporting for clients.
When working with images that you have to use Photoshop for, do you export a final jpeg for the client from photoshop? Or do you save the PSD file and go back to Capture One and use the process recipe? Would there be a quality difference?
I do the latter because I’m usually working with a group of images and I want to batch export them all in the final format. It’s much easier to do that in C1. I can also do some additional light overall tweaks to the PSD files in C1 to help all of the images be a cohesive set. I never gave it a though before but I was just sitting here browsing Reddit and this came to mind so I thought I’d ask the rest of you. I’ll probably do a side by side comparison later tonight.

I export, then use a Photoshop action for finishing (i have a noise reduction action for the high ISO that I shoot), then gets re-sized, exported, resized, watermarked and exported again. 0
