I used to have my catalogues stored on Google Drive and was able to read them on both my desktop and my laptop computers both running Windows 10.

As long as the same catalogue can be read by both Mac and Windows I see no reason why not.

    Try it and find out.

Its need always modification of your catalog.
Do do need it if you work with referenced images and not images managed truth catalog. This is because Mac work as another *nix OS with directories and Windows is coming from DOS and works with drive letters.
There is a table zpathlocation with 2 importand rows zwinroot (for Windows Path) and zmacroot (for Mac) and zrelativepath if images are stored on network drive

I have 2 small scripts which are always start to "change" OS and he works for me...
