Trial Version isn't working
it opens and will let me open images...then nothing!!! It won't let me view curves, levels, use eyedropper, etc. Nothing! It's like the whole right side panel is locked. Anyone got any suggestions.
And while I'm asking....do you use C1 for your RAW images and ACDSee for your jpeg??? Just wondered why you would need both. Thanks!

While C1 can view JPEG images, it cannot make adjustments to them. C1 is a raw processing program. I just turn the JPEG browsing support off in the preferences so it doesn't even show me the files.
While you can use other program to adjust levels or what-not in JPEG files, those programs cannot offer the flexibility one gets when processing raw files. But it is still useful to have a photo editing program around to do things to the processed TIFF files that C1 isn't designed to do.
So I suspect the problem you have is your are trying to make adjustments to JPEG files that have already been processed from raw data either by another program or the camera itself.0
