HELP! RAW Files not retaining (Out of Camera colors)

Hi, When I open my raw files from my Canon 1d or 5d, it loads up all the raw files in the thumbnails which has great colors out of the camera but when I click on a thumbnail, it looks like CaptureOne is resetting the original out of camera colors. Is there any way to fix this?Thanks!

  Remember:
  Shoot Tethered - and you MUST set WB in the Program
  Shoot to CF card - WB is SHOT at pulldown, or you can reset in Capture One.
